Airbox 10: General Information
What is Airbox 10?
Airbox 10 is a major update to our core platform infrastructure. As part of our ongoing commitment to data integrity, we are migrating the Airbox apps and platform to a more advanced framework. This update proactively hardens our systems against evolving unauthorised access risks, ensuring your operational data remains protected.
When does this change take place?
This Summer: Release 10 will be available for download across all platforms.
Previous Version Retirement: The final date by which all users must be on version 10 will be
announced in a future communication. After this point, older versions (version 9 and below) will
no longer be able to connect to the Airbox network.
Why is this release required? To maintain maximum data integrity, we must eventually retire the
legacy framework. This ensures that every user on the system is protected by the new, higher
standards. Because the legacy and new frameworks cannot operate simultaneously, older app
versions will stop syncing after retirement.
