How do I update my apps?

Personal/Unmanaged Mobile Devices: You can update the Airbox app via the Apple App Store
or Google Play Store once the update is available.

Managed Devices (MDM): If your organisation manages your device, your IT department will
push the update to you.

Desktop App: Your internal technical team will need to deploy the new version 10 executable to
your machine.

What happens if I don't update after the retirement date? If you are still using a version older than
10 after the retirement date, your app will fail to sync or connect to the Airbox servers. You will need to update to the latest version to restore service.

Who should I contact if the update fails? If you are on a managed corporate device, please contact
your internal IT Help Desk first, as they may need to approve the update for your specific hardware.
